We start with the location, condition and layout of your property, and the periods you would like to welcome guests. An apartment in Bari, a home in Bitonto’s historic centre and accommodation in Corato each need their own presentation and arrangements.
The proposal sets out included services, fees and operating costs separately. Before publishing the listing, we also consider any improvements or amenities that would help. The first conversation helps us understand whether the project suits your property and your goals.
Airbnb and Booking listings, guests and property care
We take care of photography, descriptions and the presentation of your property on booking platforms. We manage pricing and availability, coordinate calendars and communicate with guests before, during and after their stay.
We organise arrivals, departures, cleaning and linen changes. For maintenance, we log issues and coordinate work in line with the agreed approvals. Bookings, income and costs are shared with the owner through statements.
DOORATO, our management software, helps us keep information and tasks organised. Your relationship with us remains personal: digital tools support the people looking after your home.

We support agencies whose clients are interested in short lets in Bari and the surrounding area. Knowledge of the property and the relationship with its owner are the starting point for a joint proposal.
