With a degree in International Relations from the University of Florence, I have built my experience through practical work, from managing apartments to helping them realise their potential.
Today, I put that experience to work for property owners throughout Italy. I bring together organisation, local knowledge and digital tools, while maintaining a personal relationship with everyone who entrusts me with their home.

Do you manage properties throughout Italy?
We manage short lets throughout Italy, from north to south and on the islands. Tell us the town and key features of your property to receive a tailored proposal.
How much could my apartment earn?
It depends on the location, property features, availability and demand. Our assessment considers expected income and costs, with clear assumptions. It is an estimate, not a guarantee of occupancy or returns.
How much does management cost?
Fees, included services and operating costs are set out in your tailored proposal. We separate them clearly before you appoint us, so you can make an informed decision.
My property is already on Airbnb or Booking: can I contact you?
Yes. We start with your current setup, listings and existing bookings to discuss the most suitable arrangements and how to manage the transition.
Can I still use my apartment?
We agree on periods for your personal use in advance, taking confirmed bookings and our management agreement into account.
I’m an estate agent: how can we work together?
We can assess properties and opportunities for owners interested in short lets together. We agree on roles, services, fees and how information is shared. Send a proposal using the form below or access the ITAPM agency area.
Does the assessment commit me to anything?
No. The initial conversation and preliminary assessment are free and do not oblige you to appoint us. You decide whether to proceed after reviewing the proposal.
